Friends
It’s nice to meet old friends an to talk about things that happened and things that will happen
It’s nice to make new friends, to find the same interests and the same oppinions about life…
It’s nice to help friends without waiting anything in return…
It’s nice to receive a message from a friend telling you that he/she is happy with a situation, and didn’t forget you …
It’s nice to have FRIENDS

The quote of the day
There isn’t a quick fix in life … I heard this on an interview of Anthony Robbins with Steven Covey. So knowing the measure of these people, I can only restate.
The picture is taken the last weekend, at Talea - near Breaza.

Solving a problem
Having a problem, there are at least two ways to approach it:
- how can I solve this problem?
- who can help me to solve this problem?
The education system teaches us to use 1 (collaboration is forbidden usually in solving the problems), in real life second way is at least faster than the first one, if not better…
I think

Why is road to hell paved with good intentions?
it just came to my mind… we think that we have good intention when we help the people around, but what about helping ourselves in this process?

Solution when the problem becomes to big
TED - Technology Entertainment Design is one of the most interesting conference that happens in US. Prestigious people are coming here to present their theories on contemporary themes.
I received this presention few days ago (thanks Taty )
So what to do when the information is increasing?
- establish rules for trivial situations. It has a problem, in time the rule remains available, but the situation changes or people forget why they had adopted that rule.
- get advice for non trivial situations. Where to find that person? Some people will say, that old people are to be asked, but are they in touch with the new reality? Sometimes they are, sometimes they are not…

Taraful Haiducilor at E-Uranus
31 July, I went with Alin to see a Romanian traditional song band: Taraful Haiducilor.
Where? E-uranus is a open cinema, where you can sit on the grass, sand or in a plastic arm chair, to watch projection of movies on a big wall.
We left at8:30 from home, and took a taxi because my car, “Naravasha” didn’t want to start(a battery problem,a I think).
Location: behind the house of parliament, on Uranus street.
People: probably 1000 people attended the event. Segmentation: high level & artist
Entrance: 20 RON - 6.5 Euro (not very much)
Beer: 1 Euro
Movie: Gadjo Dilo - I’ve seen it before, but I found new aspects that made me laughWeather: windy and cold; after 2 week with temperatures over 35 degres Celsius in Bucharest, it was the first day with almos 20 degrees.
Concert: In the beggining the band dind’t seem to adapt to the condition(open air, wind), but by the end of the show, everyone could recognize the true “haidouks”
Total budget: 40 Ron (including taxi)
Conclusions: some of them are pretty old, but their hearts are young. I saw a new generation rising, but are they able to sustain the heritage?
